A fan favorite, the Nike Air Max Penny 1, is scheduled to make a return. The last time we saw the Nike Air Max Penny 1 was in 2014 with the red/white makeup, but now it looks like we’re going to be seeing more of Penny Hardaway’s first official signature shoe by the end of summer. This "USA" themed colorway uses a mixture of leather and nubuck on the uppers while the typical gel Swoosh logo is replaced with metallic branding. While this new look on the Air Max Penny 1 is nice, we’re also hoping that Nike decides to release some OG colorways as well. They are set to release on June 30th, 2018 and will retail for $160. We have seen the Foamposite lately done in a numerous amount of ways. For a while it was very graphic heavy. We have seen Nike go back to the OG sense of the Foam with just solid color make ups. We recently saw the metallic looks come back with the Chromeposite for ASW. That showed us that Nike has been listening. On March 14th there will be the release of the Metallic Gold Foamposite One. Could this mean that the golden age of Foamposites is back? Let us know what you think below after checking out the images.
